InQuery™ RSS lets you check the status and preview items in the K4 Publishing System database from any Internet-enabled device with an RSS reader. Feeds can be accessed securely from various platforms and devices, including Palm, Blackberry, and iPhone. No matter where you are, InQuery RSS lets you keep an eye on the K4 workflow with its user-friendly Web interface.

To tap in to the K4 database, just point your Web browser or RSS aggregator to a designated URL. After logging in, you'll see a list of RSS feeds containing status information for K4 objects. You can even click on objects in the feed to see a preview, or subscribe to a feed for easy access.

InQuery RSS's security features keep the database protected, requiring users to authenticate by K4 user name and password. This also determines their permissions, ensuring users can access the same data via InQuery as when they are logged in to K4. InQuery RSS lets you review your workflow faster than you can sit down at a computer, log into K4 and navigate to your publication.
